Venture Fund

S-Group Capital Management, in close cooperation with OOO “Managing Company ‘Sever Asset Management,‘” will participate in the management of a new venture fund S-Group Ventures.

SGCM specialists represent the interests of one of the major shareholders of S-Group Ventures.

Sever-Group Ventures was one of the winners of the competition held by OJSC “Russian Venture Company.”

Its is aimed at investments in Russia, development of innovative sectors and introduction of Russian high-tech products into the international markets. The fund had been completely formed by December 2008.

The fund’s primary investment focus will be IT, clean energy and new energy solutions, material sciences, photonics and biotechnologies.

SGCM’s strategy for this venture business is to create a high-quality portfolio of companies with superior growth prospects through:
