Funds under Management

Currently, S-Group Capital Management manages its portfolio through three investment funds: S-Group Direct Investment (SGDI); S-Group Travel Holding (SGTH) and S-Group Ventures (SGV).

SGDI Fund size exceeds $300 million and partially invested in financial, industrial and venture projects for up to five years.

S-Group Travel Holding is a specialized fund focused on travel and leisure sector. SGTH is funded on a project basis.

Employees of S-Group are also involved in the work of the Management Company “Sever Asset Management”, the trust manager of “S-Group Ventures” fund, focused on technology investments in the Russian market.

OAO “RVC” established by the Federal Agency for Management of State Property of the Russian Federation with the main purpose of stimulating the creation venture capital industry in Russia, the development of innovative industries and promotion of Russian high-technology products on international markets.

Creation of “S-Group Ventures” Fund was completed in December 2008.
